  • As a Director of Product Engineering, I am responsible for technical leadership of the whole department (70 employees) which is responsible for the product development. The department consists of the following teams: Software Development, QA, Architecture and Release Management. I am also responsible for the Architecture team.
  • I am responsible for product innovation and prototype production for new modules and large clients requirements.
    Another important part of my job is the design and implementation of the application platform used by the Debt Recovery Management system as well as the guidance of the whole development team for this application. The application platform developed is a 3-tier architecture using Microsoft Technologies (Windows Forms, WPF, Silverlight and .NET Framework).
  • As Chief Solution Architect I was responsible for the design and implementation of the application development platform used by the Debt Recovery Management system as well as the guidance of the whole development team for this application.   • Other responsibilities included business analysis and technical design of large customer modules as well as the project management during the implementation phase for Qualco’s flagship product Debt Recovery Management System.
  • During the last two years I was also responsible for prototypes and innovation for our flagship product.
